When you live on the Gulf Coast, it can be easy to forget our fitness and lifestyle goals during the summer months. 

You might have told yourself you’ll get back to your goals when school resumes or in the fall when the air is cooler, but the best time for you to get back to a better “you” is now. 

We’re here to tell you that though it may be difficult to establish your fitness and health routine, it’s not a temporary deal if you want to see lasting results. Also, once you stick to your planned routine for a couple of weeks, it’s easier than you think to keep the momentum going.
