The BBC Active Challenge is an 8-week program designed to assist participants maintain active goals. This Challenge explores practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as:
· Increasing physical activity
· Overcoming weight loss plateaus
· Staying motivated
The Active Challenge provides high energy, fitness classes and friendly, team-based competitions to improve our clients' health, happiness and communication skills. Our trainers develop a mentoring relationship with clients so participants feel comfortable and connected. We laugh, sweat, support one another, and build morale together. Most importantly, we have fun while doing it!
PROGRAM DETAILS· Our challenge runs for 8 weeks with the starting date of September 6, 2016.· The Challenge is open to those 18 and older.· Points can be earned by:o 5 points per fitness classo 3 points per personal training sessiono 1 point per 15 minute gym workout with a maximum of 4 points per day
Each participant will have their own scorecard in a folder in Christy’s office. You can obtain your card to have it initialed by your trainer or class instructor at the end of each session/class. Check in with Christy at the beginning and end of free gym time.
First Place - 2 FREE personal training sessions or 1 free month of gym & classes
Second place - 1 FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
