Bodies By Cindy is excited to announce our fall fitness event—BBC Active Challenge

The BBC Active Challenge is an 8-week program designed to assist participants maintain active goals. This Challenge explores practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as:

  • ·         Increasing physical activity

  • ·         Overcoming weight loss plateaus

  • ·         Staying motivated

          The Active Challenge provides high energy, fitness classes and friendly, team-based competitions to improve our clients' health, happiness and communication skills. Our trainers develop a mentoring relationship with clients so participants feel comfortable and connected.  We laugh, sweat, support one another, and build morale together.  Most importantly, we have fun while doing it!


    ·         Our challenge runs for 8 weeks with the starting date of September 6, 2016.
    ·         The Challenge is open to those 18 and older.
    ·         Points can be earned by:
    o   5 points per fitness class
    o   3 points per personal training session
    o   1 point per 15 minute gym workout with a maximum of 4                                  points per day

    Each participant will have their own scorecard in a folder in Christy’s office.  You can obtain your card to have it initialed by your trainer or class instructor at the end of each session/class.  Check in with Christy at the beginning and end of free gym time.


    First Place - 2 FREE personal training sessions or 1 free month of gym & classes


    Third place -  TBD
